Donald Trump has been getting a lot of attention on Twitter after he initiated a feud with Russell Brand yesterday. The Celebrity Apprentice star and businessman verbally attacked Brand, 39-year-old British comedian and actor, via the social media outlet.
Besides the fact that Trump stirred up a brawl between Brand and his fans, he also got his facts wrong. Russell Brand did not recently appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, but rather he was a guest on the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday.
Trump went on to question Katy Perry’s marriage to Brand to begin with. “@katyperry must have been drunk when she married Russell Brand @rustyrockets – but he did send me a really nice letter of apology.” The apology Trump refers to is unclear, but Brand’s naturally witty personality came through with his responses.
.@realDonaldTrump are you drunk when you write these tweets? Or does that foam you spray on your bald head make you high?

“@realDonaldTrump I don’t think your daddy left you any witty ripostes, and everything you have is inherited,” linking to an article from AlterNet exposing Trump’s success to have been enhanced by his inheritance and governmental financing programs.
Brand followed up by posting The Atlantic’s article, “In Financial Circles, It’s Pretty Damn Well Known That Trump Is A Deadbeat.” Trump took the brawl a step further by tweeting at Katy Perry, Brand’s ex-wife of 14 months, calling Russell Brand a ‘loser' and ‘a total joke,’ basically saying he himself is a deadbeat as well, to which she did not respond.
Trump quickly after moved past the back-and-forth attacks with Brand and on to a comment about President Obama. Whether Trump enjoys the attention on social media is unclear, but he isn’t afraid to speak his mind.
Looks like Obama will not stop the very potentially dangerous flights to and from West Africa. What the hell is wrong with this guy?
