Summer 2014 New York City Restaurant
The Summer 2014 New York City Restaurant week begins July 21st and will last through August 15th. Every foodie's dream comes true as some of the top restaurants in the city offer a 3-course lunch menu for $25 and 3-course dinner menus for $38. With close to 300 restaurants participating, you will have a wide array of places to choose from. Restaurant Week gives you the opportunity to dine at popular restaurants for a fraction of the cost it would be to eat lavishly any other time.
Here are some of I'm Lit's Favorite Restaurants participating this summer:
21 Club is one of America's most famous speakeasies from the Prohibition Era. First opened in the 1930s, this restaurant offers fine dining in a setting reminiscent of days gone by.
Undoubtedly the most happening place to have seafood in Times Square, Blue Fin provides a great ambiance for your pre or post Broadway Theater plans.
Chef Daniel Boulud's Times Square location is chic and trendy offering some of the finest dining in the area. If you like French-American cuisine, you will not be disappointed!
This restaurant prides themselves on having the best olive oils from the coastal regions of the south of France, Italy and Spain. Each oil is carefully paired with a dish and offered at the beginning of each meal for tasting.
Celebrating 10 years in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan, the Spice Market is one of the most authentic Southeast Asian restaurants in the city. With floors that are 500 years old and a kitchen which is imported entirely from Malaysia, not only will you taste the food of a far off land, you will also feel as though you are there.
