Rapper Snoop Dogg nicknamed “The Dogfather” in the west coast hip hop scene is now reincarnated to Snoop Lion. Snoop was known for his hit single ”Gin & Juice” and more of his vulgar rap songs. Snoop has turned a new leaf leaving behind hip hop and embracing reggae. Snoop Dogg took a trip to Jamaica recently and did a Documentary named “Reincarnated”. The documentary is about Snoop’s rebirth,how he was giving the name and his upcoming reggae music.
“I didn’t want to be Snoop Dogg on a reggae track ….. I wanted to bury Snoop Dogg and become Snoop Lion, but I didn’t know that until I went to the temple and received the name Snoop Lion from the Nyabingi priest,” the rapper said in yahoonews. com.
